Hkcnma.com offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment, with some exceptions:

Items that You Can't Return

There are some items purchased on Hkcnma.com that you can't return. Among them are digital items, cards, and products that are unsafe for return. Devices are also non-returnable more than 30 days after delivery.
    If the product type isn't listed or doesn't state another returns time frame, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
If an item purchased on Hkcnma.com is returnable, you're eligible to initiate a return request in Your Orders.

How Long Do Refunds Take After I Return an Item?

A refund will be provided after we process your return item at our facilities. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer, and it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
You will be charged if an item that is expected to be returned is not sent back to us.

How long does delivery take?

3-10 business days. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

Where does HKCNMA.com ship to?

Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, United States, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Russia, Finland
(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Notes:
•    If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
•    If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. HKCNMA.com will not replace the order or issue a refund.
